1. What is the minimum order quantity?

Our minimum order is one full case per product. Each case contains 24 units. This ensures consistency, efficiency, and product integrity across all orders.

2. Do you offer delivery?

Yes. Delivery charges may apply depending on order size and location. Free delivery is available throughout the South Florida Tri-County area (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach) on orders over $250.

3. What is the shelf life of your desserts?

Most Sweet Carocas desserts have a shelf life of up to six months when kept frozen. Once thawed, they must be refrigerated and enjoyed within 30 days. Flan is never frozen and is refrigerated only, with a 30-day shelf life.
